Products carry a 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your order when it arrives, you can return it to us hassle free, call us to arrange the return (855) 4 ANTLERS. Customer will need to pay shipping if no defect is shown and a restocking fee will apply to certain products. Antlers Etc will provide a prompt refund excluding applicable fees. This applies to all items with the exception of customized, assembled & personalized products / orders. We can not accept returns or issue refunds for customized merchandise. Merchandise received in error or damaged in shipping must be reported to us within 5 business days. Returns received that are not in resalable condition can be charged up to a 50% restocking fee. “Resalable condition” is determined solely by AntlersEtc.com. Shipping
Free Shipping excludes deliveries with special requirements, cost will be quoted to you after order confirmation, call for details. Deliveries that do not require a signature may be left in a safe place, out of sight and out of the weather, by delivery company’s discretion. This could include the front porch, side door, back porch or garage area. If deliveries require special delivery instructions they must be noted at time of order.
